There will be free coaches/teachers clinics taking place in Killarney, Fermoy, Clonmel and Ennis. These will last around 90 minutes and benefit Age Group Coaches led by the Head Coach of the hosting Club. When you register for the clinic, you will receive an outline of our current thinking on the foundations of Freestyle technique and some of the drills that can be used to support the development of a strong technical foundation. Coaches should arrive on time for the session.
A CPD point will be credited to your Swim Ireland profile on completion of the clinic.
